Exquisitely Human is about savoring the world we’re given, delighting in our own very human needs and desires, and examining our most authentic selves with compassion and humor.
Here I share thoughts and resources on meditation, wellness, and mental health with a special emphasis on healing from trauma.
Be well, one and all.

I love Joseph Campbell and I really rather love your blog. I’m glad I stumbled upon it. I think we are all looking for that thing that can help us bloom. Much love. XOXO

Well, thank you. That means a lot to me. Exquisitely Human is an experiment in authenticity, a quality I’m trying to foster in myself not just in the blogosphere but in my everyday life as well. Cheers!

Do you happen to know the title and artist of this painting? I would like to see about purchasing a painting or a poster. Thanks.

I’ve just recently started to explore a theme similarly rooted in human nature, however my approach is from a cultural perspective, that is intertwined with our behavior, habits, traditions, etc., yet its manifestations are exquisitely human.
I will be looking forward to read more of you.
Thank you for this initiative!
